The enterprise was facing constant service disruption due to frequent hardware outages. Their on-Prem infrastructure limited their mission for rapid growth. In addition, the client wanted to upgrade its IT infrastructure to handle new products and innovations.
Cloud4C used various tools and solutions to improve visibility, deployment, and quality analysis. Terraform on AWS improved the infra visibility, especially on the landscape changes. Jenkins was adopted to help developers seamlessly deploy the application with CI/CD integration. Following this, customer workloads were segregated into 4 environments, i.e., QA, staging, pre-prod, and production. Separating environments reduced the risks of inadvertent or unauthorized modifications to the Ops system that could compromise the system's integrity or availability.
