Sashi Reddi is a Venture Advisor at Westbridge Capital, a $8 billion private equity fund and is based in Philadelphia. For the last ten years, Sashi has been investing at the seed stage in enterprise software and deep tech startups in the US and in India. He is the founder of SRI Capital, a seed stage venture capital fund that is typically the first institutional investor in these companies and plays an active role in helping these companies succeed in the US market.
Previously, Sashi was the founder and CEO of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent software testing company with over 2,500 QA professionals in India, the US, and the UK. AppLabs was funded by Westbridge Capital (Sequoia Capital India). CSC (now DXC) acquired AppLabs in September 2011. Post the acquisition of AppLabs by CSC, Sashi served as the VP & GM, Big Data and Analytics at CSC, reporting directly to the CEO.
A serial entrepreneur, Sashi has started three other companies prior to AppLabs. These were EZPower Systems (web content management pioneer acquired by DocuCorp, and eventually a part of Oracle), iCoop (group purchasing dotcom), and FXLabs (leading Indian game developer acquired by Foundation 9 Entertainment).
Sashi received his BTech in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, an MS in Computer Science from NYU, and later a PhD from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He recently earned a professional certificate in Genetics and Genomics from Stanford University.
Sashi is the chairman of the IIT Delhi Endowment Management Foundation as well as a founder and board member of IIT Delhi Endowment Fund. He is the founding president of TiE Philadelphia, the local chapter of the largest entrepreneur focused organization in the world. He also serves on the board of T-Hub, India’s largest incubator for start-ups. Sashi runs a charitable organization, SRI Trust, that supports the educational and overall development needs of over 1125 children in three schools in Hyderabad, India.
Debdeep Sengupta, President and Chief Revenue Officer, Cloud4C is an IT industry veteran and has a proven track record of building a ‘Winning Culture’; inspiring next generation leaders, enabling Growth & Transformation initiatives, and incubating new businesses to global scale. His vision is critical in expanding Cloud4C’s footprint beyond 26 nations and establishing the firm as a global leader in multi-cloud managed services.
An alumnus of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and London Business School, he was previously President & Managing Director for SAP India & South Asia that became the fastest growing region globally and established SAP as a preferred Digital Transformation partner for CXOs of ET 500 Companies. He has also held leadership positions in IBM and DEC (HP). A mentor for many B2B SaaS/Deep Tech start-ups, Deep believes in inclusive leadership and has been a champion to progress diversity and inclusivity within his teams. Debdeep has also been instrumental in envisaging social impact programs for digital literacy such as the ‘Code Unnati’ that has touched the lives of more than 2 million youth.
Chanakya Levaka is one of the stalwarts behind Cloud4C’s foundations, growth amongst critical markets and regions from its early years, and now global recognition. He has been a proven leader for the company since the last decade and has successfully worn multiple hats across enterprise sales, marketing, business strategy, and alliances. A powerful voice within and for the company, his ideals have contributed to Cloud4C’s work culture and building high-performance, explosive growth teams across departments.
Overseeing end-to-end operations from customer engagement, service capabilities, to expansions, Chanakya justifiably rose through the ranks within Cloud4C from overseeing business operations in APAC in 2016 to globally all regions in 2019 before attaining the Chief Operations Officer position in 2023. He commands deep technology proficiency with a keen business vision that has helped him pioneer and build multiple Cloud4C verticals. Chanakya was instrumental in establishing the firm’s globally successful SAP, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle), Security, and Business Transformation practices, driving Cloud4C to become the world’s largest application-focused Cloud MSP with burgeoning presence in 26 countries today.
Rakesh Reddy is a young and dynamic technology leader heading the MEA region with Cloud4C. As a regional head for MEA Sales, Rakesh is responsible for leading all aspects of customer engagement, service offerings, sales operations and Middle East expansion. With over 130+ enterprise clients under his belt in the Middle East, Rakesh is renowned for regional growth ideas and is focused in constantly delivering Cloud4C’s scalable multi and hybrid cloud solutions across industries in MEA.
Bernard Pierre L’Allier leads Cloud4C’s business functions for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, and Vietnam regions. A distinguished technology business leader with over two decades of experience in leading technology and cloud-driven service businesses, he has been a diligent architect behind some of the most renowned organizations in the space, in the APAC region.
Most recently, prior to joining Cloud4C, Bernard served as the Managing Director for Rackspace in South East Asia and India. He scaled the team from 5 people in Singapore to 200 individuals across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and India, supporting large-scale enterprises in their cloud and digital transformation journeys.
Bernard combines his intricate cloud and technology acumen with a keen interest in supporting the rapid growth and transformation ambitions of APAC businesses. The region is a hotspot for digital innovations and evolutions and Bernard’s strategic initiatives would amplify Cloud4C’s positioning as a multi-cloud transformation leader in APAC.
Arindam Mukherjee is the President of Sales for Cloud4C India region. A technology veteran for over two decades, he has been one of the drivers behind software-based cloud adoption in the country and leads Cloud4C's business operations across multiple key industries and all solution verticals. From transformation blueprinting to final implementation and customer success delivery, Arindam's end-to-end expertise and deep intuit of the Indian cloud business market is invaluable to Cloud4C's vision for the nation, opening up greenfield doorways in a fast techno-evolving nation.
Arindam joined Cloud4C from Oracle where he was the Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure Business, having built a high growth culture and scaled critical genres to tremendous business success. Prior to that, he led a series of successful stints across industry leaders like Cisco, Microsoft, Sify where he amplified the cloud and technology infrastructure businesses across banking, industry, and O&G sectors.
Edler Panlilio has joined Cloud4C as President and Chief Executive Officer of its Philippines entity. He is a 24 + year veteran in the IT industry, having taken positions in almost every part of the Information technology spectrum, bringing a consultative mind in conversations with clients.
In his past role as the Managing Director for SAP Philippines, Edler was an integral part of SAP's Senior Executive Team in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining SAP in 2013, he held various leadership and sales Management roles in global multinationals – namely Oracle, Symantec Sun Microsystems an Logica. As the CEO of Cloud4C Philippines, Edler Panlilio will use his vast experience to help clients navigate their transformation journeys, while helping Cloud4C enter the next phase of its growth journey.
Rocco Monteleone is an IT veteran, spearheading successful transformation stories across multiple verticals for 3 decades. He is seen as an empathetic leader and coach, having built long-term relationships with industry leaders and teammates with keen business expertise within the SME and mid-markets. As the Senior Vice President of Sales, Rocco oversees Cloud4C's Canadian business operations and is credited for mastering the art of building new teams and helping firms expand to new regions.
An electrical engineer by academia with unquestionable sales acumen, Rocco had built his reputation working with global datacenter giants based in North America. He's widely viewed as a marketing and business expert in the fields of cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT modernizations, and digital transformation. Rocco's vision lies in delivering truly frictionless end-to-end client journeys acting as a close partner rather than being a provider.
